  1. Feature pass: project links on /tech-stack, generated per-project social cards, a colophon, deep-linkable case-study highlights, and a filter over the stack.

  2. Motion pass: the header marks the current route, the hero and the project cover animate in on navigation, and the home page gained a scroll-progress bar.

  3. Developer-experience pass: the e2e suite builds itself, malformed post frontmatter fails the build, and the unused framer-motion dependency is gone.

  4. Performance pass: the 298 KB animated GIF became a 108 KB animated WebP, the 21 tech icons moved to this origin, and the optimizer was switched on for AVIF.

  5. Motion pass: one shared timing module, reveal start states applied in a layout effect, and reduced-motion coverage extended to every animated surface.

  6. Accessibility pass: one main landmark per route, post titles as headings, a pause control on the tech marquee, and contrast fixes on the focus ring and CTA.
